Who We Are

Small Voice Ministries is a biblically based counseling ministry in Winchester, Virginia. Founded in 2018 by Pastor Mike Dean, we minister to Christians who are frustrated, suffering, and defeated—those who can find no help or freedom anywhere else.

Our ministry is centered on the power of the gospel and the transformative righteousness of Christ. Through Christ, believers are endowed with authority to wage war against the things in their lives that defeat them, to break their hold, and to live in the victory and abundant life found in Christ Jesus.

Pastor Mike Dean

Founder

Pastor Mike started Small Voice Ministries in 2018. With nearly 50 years of experience in pastoral ministry and biblical counseling, he continues to train pastors and laymen the basic principles the Lord has taught him over the many years of his service. He is currently the pastor at Emmaus Church in Clarke County, VA, as well as at Living Water United Brethren in Christ in Winchester, VA.
